Privacy policy

The short version

This site has no forms: you reach us by phone, text or email, and you are the one who starts the conversation.

It sets no advertising cookies and does not follow you across other websites.

The only measurement in place counts visits anonymously, and it starts only if you agree to it.

Who is responsible

TerraNova Entretien, a lawn and grounds maintenance business based in Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec, is responsible for the information described here.

What the site collects

Technical server logs. Like every website, ours is served by a host that automatically records the IP address, browser type and page requested. These logs exist only to run the site and protect it from abuse. They are not used to identify you and are kept for at most 30 days.

Audience measurement (only with your consent). If you agree, we use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views, see which site you arrived from, and know the device type. It sets no cookies, does not store your IP address and builds no profile. The results are totals: we see « 40 visits to the Hudson page », never who made them.

Preferences stored in your browser. Your language choice and your answer to the consent banner are kept locally, in your browser. They are never sent to us, and you can erase them by clearing the site's data.

What the site does not do

No selling, renting or trading of information to anyone.

No targeted advertising, no social network pixels, no cross-site tracking.

No automated decisions about you, no profiling.

If you contact us

When you call, text or write, we keep what you send us — name, contact details, property address, details of the request — to prepare a quote and, where applicable, carry out the work.

That information is used for nothing else. We keep it for the duration of the business relationship, then three years, so we can answer a warranty question or meet an accounting obligation.

Where your information lives

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Technical logs and, if you accepted it, audience measurement may be processed on servers located outside Quebec, including in the United States.

That information is technical and anonymous. The information you hand us directly stays with us.

Your rights

You can withdraw your consent to audience measurement at any time, right here on this page — as easily as you gave it.

You can also ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected if it is inaccurate, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to us: we answer within the 30 days set by law.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

Changes

If the site changes — a form, a new tool — this page will be updated before the change takes effect, and the date at the top will confirm it.
